Sutto's Floor Coverings ("we", "us") is a flooring business located at 1 & 2 / 12 Machinery Dr, Tweed Heads South NSW 2486. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect:

• your name
• your phone number
• your email address
• the range you are interested in, if you choose one
• anything you tell us about your space, such as rooms, size and timeframe

We only collect what we need to respond to your enquiry. Please don't include sensitive information such as health or financial details in your message.

The enquiry form opens a pre-filled email in your own email app. Nothing is sent until you press send, and the details reach us as an email to admin@suttosfloorcovering.com.au. We also collect information when you call us or visit the showroom.

We use your information to:

• reply to your enquiry and answer questions about our ranges
• arrange a measure and quote
• supply and install your flooring if you go ahead

We won't use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and you can opt out at any time.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share relevant details with our installers or suppliers only where needed to quote or complete your job, or where required by law. Our email provider may store data on servers outside Australia.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal and tax record-keeping obligations, then delete it.
