Design
Every floor starts with a conversation about the space. How the room is used, the light it gets, who lives there and the look you are after. We help you narrow down colours, textures and finishes that suit the home, not just the sample board.
The craft
Luxury starts from the ground up.
Sutto's Floor Coverings is a premium flooring specialist focused on quality, design and craftsmanship. From timeless natural finishes to contemporary flooring solutions, we help clients make confident design choices and bring exceptional interiors to life.
Our vision
Be the flooring brand of choice for clients who value exceptional design, quality materials and meticulous craftsmanship, creating spaces that are as beautiful as they are enduring.
Our mission
To deliver beautifully considered flooring solutions through premium products, expert advice and exceptional craftsmanship, creating spaces our clients are proud to live and work in.
A family business
Sutto's is family run and family owned. The same people who help you choose your floor are the ones who lay it.
Our story
Sutto's is a local, family owned and operated business, led by brother and sister duo Paris and Dylan. We have built our name on word of mouth across the Tweed and beyond.
The team
From the showroom to the measure up to the install, you deal with a small, familiar team who know your job from start to finish.
Where we work
We service Tweed Heads, Murwillumbah and the wider Northern Rivers, along with the Gold Coast.
What we take on
New homes, renovations, single rooms and commercial spaces. Indoors and out, from timber and carpet through to synthetic turf.
How we work
Five steps, every job, from the first conversation in the showroom to the day we hand the room back.
Selection
Our Tweed Heads South showroom carries vinyl planks, engineered timber, carpet, vinyl sheeting and synthetic turf from suppliers we trust. Take samples home, see them in your own light, and we will talk you through how each one wears over time.
Expertise
We come out to measure and quote for free across the Northern Rivers. We check the subfloor, the moisture and the details that matter before a single board goes down, so there are no surprises on the day.
Craftsmanship
Our own team prepares, screeds and lays every floor. Clean cuts, tight joins and careful finishing around doorways, stairs and skirting. The same people who quote the job are the ones who answer for it.
Experience
We look after the home while we work and leave it tidy when we finish. Once the room is handed back, we are still a phone call away for care advice or anything else you need.

"Absolutely blown away by the service from this flooring company! From start to finish, they were organised, efficient, and genuinely went above and beyond to get the job done, which is exactly what you need when you're renovating or flipping investment properties on a tight timeline.
They communicated clearly, showed up on time, and delivered high-quality work with zero fuss. It's rare to find a team that's not only fast but meticulous, and they nailed both. Supporting a locally-run business like this one just makes the whole process that much better, you can tell they care about their clients and their reputation.
Couldn't recommend them more. If you're looking for reliability, speed, and top-tier results, I would suggest Suttos. I'll be back, thanks team."
